I'm Josephine Hansom and I help organisations futureproof their business by better understanding the next generation.
I'm a researcher turned storyteller, with an in-depth understanding of the needs, values and behaviours of Gen Z as well as Millennials & Generation Alpha.
I am an experienced business leader (Managing Director of YouthSight Research & Senior Vice President at Savanta Group), successfully building and growing agencies that connect brands with the next generation.
Now I use what I know to help organisations prepare for the future.

I am a Fellow of the Market Research Society and have worked in research and insight for over 25yrs. My focus is on the journey into adulthood together with the development of independent decision-making, brand choice, education and career pathways (think teens and 20somethings).
